Apparently, he may be planning a come back....
OK, so my memories of Saturday mornings of my childhood include the Hudson Brothers Variety Show, Land of the Lost, AND, without a doubt, Sigmund and the Seamonsters! Possibly the reason I was such a big "Sigmund" fan, is because "Jody" was in that show too.... Yep, Johnny Whittaker, of "Family Affair" fame. Maybe it was the red mop of hair...I dunno...but I always thought he was just dreamy (keep in mind now, I was not even quite yet a pre-teen then:)
I remember when my Aunt had visited NY City, and for some reason had the chance to ACTUALLY MEET him there! She came back with an autographed picture of him for me. Alas, that has been lost over the years. I'm not good at keeping track of things. (unlike my friend Tammy, who STILL keeps her original Mrs. Beasley doll on her bed:)!
ANYWHO, so while making my way through Yahoo, I came across a section on "kid stars, where are they now" thing. Gotta tell ya, I would NEVER recognize Johnny now. CHECK OUT THE PICS...would YOU?
